Questions & Answers
How does this work? After your selection and purchase of art, an email will be sent to you with further instructions and questions.
What format will I receive the art? You can select from a digital file you can print and frame yourself, printed art which we will send you, or printed, framed, and shipped.
What images should I select? Choose a selection from the journey you undertook, along with dates, and locations.
What should I expect from the email I get? It will ask you what navigational background you would like, what locations you would like notated, and images should correspond to those locations. Please be sure to label your images accordingly.
What is the timeframe? The art should be available to you within 10 (ten) days. Shipping will be 7-10 days, via USPS.
What if I don’t like it? We will make every effort to select the map available in your choice. We will send you a mockup for your review and approval prior to print. We do not offer any returns or refunds.
What are my photo/image requirements? For printing of your digital photos, you need a much higher resolution than for viewing on devices. We will print at an output of 300 dpi. Please make sure your photographs are sized accordingly at least 1200 pixels by 1800 pixels to print an excellent quality 4×6 print. We can drop down the size. If your images are smaller in size, we can try it out and let you know if there are problems but print-wise, it is best to have a larger sized image that can be dropped down.
